If you need to return an item there is a standard restocking charge. In order to expedite a return you should first contact Intoximeters Customer Service (800.451.8639). Outside of the U.S., please dial [+1] 314-429-4000. Once the return is authorized, you will need to fill out a Return Materials Authorization Form (RMA/RAF). Or you can go to Forms & Applications and download the form as a PDF.

Approved returns with the proper paperwork will be processed within one week of their arrival at our warehouse. Please feel free to contact Customer Service with any questions about returns.
