This Computer Based Training (CBT) covers the Rules and Regulations (or procedures) component of the U.S. DOT model training course. This allows the student to study at their own pace and time.  

For ease of use, these CBTs are available only in a web-based format.  A computer with internet access is necessary to use these products.
